our beautiful king room had an very nice view of the swimming pool from the balcony, it felt romantic. the room included modern amenities like a tv, a stocked minibar, and plush bathrobes. the bathroom was spacious, with both a separate shower and a bathtub.

My son adored the teddies the housekeeping lined up on his bed. Free washing machines and dryers including washing powder were very useful for our family. The kid club was a major highlight. He thoroughly enjoyed his time there.

the breakfast had a great variety. it suited different nationalities well. there was a free shuttle bus to shopping centers on the mainland side. it was better than expected. the wi-fi worked well with great coverage and speed.
the hotel felt tired and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. we found ants all through the room. the kettle cord was too short to reach the outlet, so we couldn't use it. the rooms were really dark and not well lit.
